 1. Do you deliver anywhere in Mandurah?

Yes! We deliver across Mandurah and surrounding suburbs with in 10kms of our Mandurah Terrace store. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just give us a call or check our delivery zone at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are in the afternoon, if you'd like an AM delivery please call or email us. 

 2. Can I order flowers on the same day?

 We offer nextday delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. Lastminute? Call us with 15+ years in the industry, we often can work magic if you're just a little late. Pick up is always available for same day.

 

 3. Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Yes! We're located on the Mandurah foreshore. While our shop is new, our florist has been arranging blooms for over 15 years. You're welcome to walk in, browse our fresh flowers, and chat with us about custom bouquets.

 

 4. Can you make custom bouquets or event flowers?

Definitely. Because we're a smaller, owneroperated florist, every arrangement is made to order. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, apology, or just because tell us your colours, favourite flowers, and budget, and we'll create something uniquely yours.

 

 5. Do you do wedding flowers?

Yes – and with 15+ years of experience, we've done everything from intimate courthouse bouquets to full wedding parties. We recommend booking a consultation at least 4–6 weeks before your big day. 

 

 6. How should I care for my flowers at home?

- Trim stems at a 45degree angle

- Use a clean vase with fresh water

- Remove any leaves below the waterline

- Keep flowers out of direct sun and away from fruit bowls

- Change water every two days

 

 7. What if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?

That almost never happens – but if it does, we'll make it right. Contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we'll arrange a fresh replacement or a refund. Your happiness is our reputation.

 

 8. Do you offer corporate flower deliveries?

Yes – we love our weekly, fortnightly, or monthly flowers. Perfect for businesses wanting fresh reception flowers, or for offices who just loves having blooms in their spaces. Ask us about corporate accounts.

 

 9. Can I order flowers online for someone in Mandurah?

Yes – our online shop is coming soon, but in the meantime you can call or message us directly. We'll take your order, confirm delivery details, and send a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves the shop if you'd like.

 

 10. Why should I choose Your Flowers over a big online florist?

Because we're local – your money stays in Mandurah. And with over 15 years of handson experience, we know exactly which flowers last in our coastal climate, how to pick the freshest stems daily, and how to create arrangements that feel personal, not massproduced. Plus, you can actually talk to the florist making your bouquet.

 

 11. Do you sell plants or gifts besides cut flowers?

Yes – we carry a small selection of potted indoor plants and greeting cards. It's the perfect spot to grab a complete gift in one stop.
